A Winter Blush & Gold Baby Shower in Waverly, Iowa

A baby girl is almost here, and what better way to celebrate than with soft blush tones! I had so much fun putting together elegant, soft touches for Baby R’s winter baby shower at the Prairie Links Golf Course in Waverly, Iowa. She is already SO loved and we can’t wait for her arrival!

Candlelight is always a must for those winter events when the sunlight isn’t shining as much. To bring a warm glow to the room we used gold candlelit lanterns, which played off so nicely with gold accented chargers, blush water goblets, and a gold/blush shimmer napkin.

Of course, what’s a baby shower without a fun photo-op area for mama-to-be! Alissa with Bliss Balloons Co. ramped up our photo-op wall and baby block decor by adding various blush shades of balloons. The kids had so much fun post-shower taking the balloons home.

For sweets, guests grazed on cake, cupcakes, and french macarons! Special thanks to Meghan Goering Photography for swinging by and capturing all the fun little girly details. Meghan does amazing maternity and newborn photography; precious moments you can only capture once, but cherish for a lifetime!
