Curtis + Chase’s November Tea Room Wedding – Downtown Des Moines, Iowa

Curt and Chase are not just any couple, but rather THE couple! These two light up a room when they enter and are more than just a wedding I helped plan and design, because they are family. I was so honored that they trusted me to not only be apart of the wedding, but also help bring their special day all together. I was on several duties for wedding day; bridesmaid, boy mom, and wedding planner. Knowing Curt since he was 15 years old made it feel like the little brother I never had was getting married. I’ve also gained another wonderful sister that I know I can always count on and is always game for a good time. These two are so made for each other!

The temps may have been chilly for their wedding, but it was so beautiful when all the sudden snowflakes started to drop throughout the day. November weddings aren’t always on our side for daylight hours and outdoor pic time, but I just love the warm vibes of a November wedding. The excitement of the wedding, followed by the holidays as a new husband and wife.

As we approach Curt and Chase’s one year anniversary of married bliss I loved looking back on their special day. Cheers to many more years for these two!
