Holy smokes you guys!! Where are the months going?! For those in the wedding biz; you all know that this year’s wedding season has been insane. So many doubled up weekends, lots of last minute planners, but also tons of beautiful couples and weddings!

I haven’t blogged in quite some time, so I wanted to jump back into the game with a wedding from this past Spring that I helped put some design elements together for. Nadiia and Brian are not only a gorgeous couple, but also so sweet and genuine. When Nadiia moved to the U.S. from the Ukraine little did she know that she would meet her dream man at an arcade bar. She hadn’t been to many American weddings before her own, so it was fun to see her experience what a Midwest traditional wedding is all about.

I loved everything about their special day. It was elegant, sleek, and modern. Nadiia purchased her dress all the way in the Ukraine and it was definitely the inspiration throughout the day. I put a mood board together for her to help guide her in her vision alongside my favorite florist, Wild Orchid Custom Floral (a.k.a. my mom!). Flowers always bring everything to life and really enhance the wedding day.

Here is a snapshot into Nadiia and Brian’s wedding day captured by Art Broaden Photography.
